Then, go to the IRS website and give certificate info and within a couple of minutes, an EIN is produced...bada-boom, bada-bing...nearly instant LLC (well, more like 30 minutes).

@Elizabeth Colegrove. and @Matt Good  During the boom in 2003-2006 there was a shortage of drywall and the builders were waiting for deliveries.
