It's tough in the beginning but everything in life that is worth it ain't easy.  

When my grandmother died in 2002 she left her townhouse ($500k) as a life estate to my aunt for as long as she wants to live in it. 

I tell them to change the batteries when i send them the lease renewal or else theyll get locked out. seems to work well so far.

Also water heater life is controlled by maintenance, usage, thermocouple, piezo quality. 

S. that do not feel the need to regulate every aspect of your life.

If I know the roof is half way in it's life-cycle, I will probably save up a lot more than 5% for cap ex. 

Been considering looking out there to invest as well as Plant City but I don't know, I've lived in Orlando and Kissimmee, and the Panhandle my whole life.

  $15-20 per hour is standard which might be a bit high given the ease of the tasks but you need to take into account the fact that they are driving out and disrupting their life for what is often a 10=30 min task. 

I'll sharp my question, is there any platform or certain ways I can manage all the basic aspects of investing like, finance, properties analyzing without seeing it in real life, property management , properties buying ans selling, accountants handling and lawyers, taxes etc..BTW I'm visiting the US in a couple of days, anything I should do while i'm there ?
