Our current pricing structure is a base price with an extra fee per guest starting at 2 and in our house rules we list “no parties or events”.

You can also look to attend a local real estate networking event and ask others who they are using.You have a unique situation as you are househacking which means you purchased an investment property in addition to a personal residence.

@Dorian Dixon You give yourself a closing date 30 days from the date you sign the contract, give yourself a way to either back out of the deal or extend the closing date in the event that you cannot find a buyer.

You may need to change locks in the event that it was actually a friend of the tenant that broke in using a key.
