Bad credit scores affect the ability to borrow money at all, what interest rates offered if someone can borrow, the ability to get insurance at all from some companies, the premium rate if they do get insurance (premiums can be as much as double normal, with bad credit) and the ability to get certain jobs.  

This negates their ability to double debit you or claw back the funds.

My goal is financial freedom from my Job and the ability to travel, and have future growth to give to many generations of Bagnanis.

I never wanted to get married or have kids (and I still don't) and the thought of having to wake up for a 9 to 5 job working for a boss puppeteering your abilities and cultivating your do's and don'ts makes me sick to the stomach.

Also, if you have the ability to convert it to a form of self directed you could invest in other instruments such as private mortgage.

Once the system is in place at all units I will have one master key for all and the ability to change out locks using interchangeable cores in a matter of seconds.

I feel like I would hire an accountant  based specifically on their ability to guide me through this type of question.  

Obviously loan originators range in their ability and expertise but the good loan originators and especially, the good companies, didn't grow by making 1% on loans.

First off - asking price is meaningless except as a barometer of whether or not you might be able to do business with the seller and whether or not you have the financial ability to close on a house (ie if you can't come up with $200k you wouldn't be looking in that rough price range).
