Tenant's Lock Broke

I just got a message from one of my tenants saying that her doorknob broke and she isn't able to lock the door. She asked that I fix it ASAP.

How would you handle this? I respect the fact that a tenant needs to be able to lock their door, but this seems like one step away from changing a light bulb.

I just had a handyman out there yesterday.
