Then you can find software to solve those problems.I use tools for marketing, document storage, photo/video editing, market analysis, maintenance tracking, contact management, and many other things.

Another option (although I'm not sure about legal requirements for this) would be to make some storage units in the basement if it has good access.

I have a detached back room 231 sq ft that i am currently using for storage has only electricity going to it, 2 ceiling fans, 2 windows, no plumbing, gas, or air conditioning.

Between apartments, senior housing and self storage - it will be very interesting to see the reuse and redeploy of these assets when the demand for them fades.
