I'm in my mid-twenties and have been thinking about it since I graduated college.If you are ever looking in the area to go property shopping let me know. :) 

If the guy is in the lawn business and has a small acount at Joe's Lawn Mower Shop, that is probably not reported credit.

When bringing in a contractor I was gonna get a bid for fixing up to renting standards and fixing up to sell and then shop him in with the whole deal letting the end buyers know if they were interested the particular contractor was already familiar with the property and was ready to go if they were interested in him doing the work.

I can find bargains in both office and strip shopping centers.

However, if you do not feel comfortable then, by all means, shop around. 8)

You know the demographics, the streets, shopping centers, places of worship, if any new developments are happening, companies in town, schools, etc.   

It's in dire financial condition, but hasn't closed shop yet. 

There do not seem to be any deals when shopping retail on the MLS, so I am looking at buying a list next.
