The key is building a big enough portfolio that one property won't affect you no matter what happens to it.

My tenants moved in March 6, 2024.

If something isn't working and one of the parties wants to move along, they should be free to do so unfettered.

I moved all of mine to ecobee for this reason and have been very happy with the switch as ecobee allows this.  

But I think they may come down a little with the extra supply from people that have to move and they are willing to lower the price to sell the home. 

Networking is key in real estate.- Stay Persistent: As you mentioned, not every deal will work out. keep learning from each experience.- Balance Learning and Doing: While it's great to learn, make sure you're also taking action.

For example, I got my property in the medical center bc its close to UTSA for my tenants, and when they move out I can rent it to travel nurses, UTSA students, or medical students.
