There is so much development going on with the Hard Rock hotel and Casino, the Amazon facility, the Walmart distribution facility, Target distribution facility, and many other development projects as well. 

I’m currently deployed a bit longer, finally getting some time on the internets here, but when I get back stateside eventually, I’d like to hit the ground running.

In the day and age of the internet and technology there are definitely better more defined ways.

Price: $130-160k, Monthly HOA: $600Keeping in mind that the units are all renting within $10-20 per night of one another, and the larger HOAs  are covering things like water, cable and Internet, I am debating whether I should opt for higher cost of unit with lower HOA, vice versus, or somewhere in the middle. 

Today everything is internet based so the real lasting relationships are lost.

Did you know you can buy paystubs, even tax returns on the internet for less that 25 dollars, accurate and nicely filled out.

For the other expenses that you deduct, like internet or home office I would talk to your CPA about that, the rules and individual circumstances vary so much that I think its hard to give general advice on a forum.When you make the change you should also be sure to notify your property insurance company and update the names on your utility bills.

And it was advertised for rent every week - in the Thrifty Nickel (the pre-internet craigslist).Needless to say I doubt he rented it much.
