Hey everyone, I’m thinking of buying a duplex in or around the Bakersfield CA area to hold long term. I was wondering if anyone had any words of advice or suggestions on a specific area. Anything helps and thank you in advance.

I agree with @Gene Hacker completely with regard to the areas, etc. Inventory is still down, but there are still deals to be had.
