The industry is changing, and folks who work in real estate need to offer more than opening lock boxes and filling out forms.

-If you have a vacation rental in those areas, how often is it rented, and what is the nightly rate average?

This property is in pretty decent shape and I plan on updating the kitchens/bathrooms in both units to be market-competitive so assume an average quality apartment for the area. 

The average unit that size only going to need about 4 pounds.

When doing a new development, on average, how long does it take for the permits on a new development project for a single family home to get approved? 

What is the maximum you should pay for it in order for the numbers to make sense, or what's an industry standard?

If you need to inspect units in an apartment building that will have to be arranged with the property manager and tenants, if you just need to check out the HVAC of an industrial property, that's usually a bit simpler to arrange.
