Do I have the right to bill him the cost to hire cleaning services to move his stuff?

Hi,We bought a triplex in March with 25% down payment. since then we've added a brand new roof, redid first floor bathroom.

.), I've been tracking the mileage and I'm assuming that I can deduct half of it on the first unit since the other half is for the unit I'm living in that hasn't been placed in service yet.

The roof is 9 years old, windows are all new, and the small cosmetic fixes I was referring to was mainly just painting and refinishing the floors in 1 unit.  

However, this explains the lower prices for the intimate cabin setting that we are looking for.My investor wants something close to an services and attractions, hence opportunity for vacation rentals, when not used by the primary owner; but, still have the ability to provide a private intimate/eco-friendly setting for those wanting to get a way from it all.

Or will you ask to have the upper floor vacant upon closing? 

Does any one used REDS and FASS property management service in Cleveland area?  

I just like to know what I am dealing with and if the banks will be selling off the loans to someone else now or later, or will they always service them in-house.
