I attended Radford University for my undergraduate degree and Oklahoma State University for my MBA (don't fret; the Army was kind enough to pay for both).I currently own rental properties in/around the Fort Sill Oklahoma area.

My advice would be to save that cash as much as possible and house hack with the FHA loan and find a community college that you can possibly attend for as cheap as possible to pursue the initial coursework to make sure it's what you want to do. 

Although I’ve seen people do it in expensive markets like Denver as well.
