To me those are risky bank loans.. as you can just up and fly it to the Bahamas' or central America... not like a house if you don't pay it does not move.

Baby Boomers are leaving colder states for warmer ones, jobs are still available here in Texas, property values are still very competitive compared to the east and west coast and interest rate are still very manageable.Population growth in America is 1%, meaning America is growing at 3.2 million more people per year and Texas is still getting more than most states.
