Hi Everybody,

I'm brand spanking new at the real estate investment game and am getting into it to help fund my retirement.  To do so I'm mulling over moving a rollover 401K into an SDIRA and using that to buy either notes or a rental property.  I also plan to begin a marketing campaign to gin up some wholesaling opportunities.  If all goes well I'll be generating revenue within the SDIRA for retirement as well as independent of it to help pay down some of my current obligations.

I've entitled this endeavor "Project 2020" with the dream of retiring from corporate America by the year 2020, when I turn 61.

If anyone knows an experienced attorney and/or accountant who is well versed in working w/ SDIRAs I would very much appreciate you passing along their contact info.

I am also seeking mentor in the N. Atlanta area to help me get started on the right foot.  I'm an eager student who will add value to your business and share in my successes in exchange for you sharing your knowledge and experience.

So happy I stumbled onto Bigger Pockets.  Thoroughly enjoying the podcasts and all the advice that so many are happy to share.

Cheers, y'all!
