The previous homeowners left a bunch of junk in the house and yard which almost took an entire dumpster to remove, and of course anytime you have a dumpster in a neighborhood all the neighbors are DELIGHTED to share their broken basketball goals, propane tanks, old tires, paint cans, and everything else they aren't allowed to put in their normal trash with you.We are bringing in a Bobcat Monday to rework some of the grade around the house, remove some sections of driveway and the old carport slab, take out all the HUGE bushes around the house, demo all the existing landscape beds, and knock down a few trees.
