You don't have any skill or experience yet to offer because you are new.

What i mean here is to know the essentials such as  where the water shutoff is, where the electric shut off is, where water pumps are and what kind of mechanics you have inside the building.Take note of the model numbers, year of manufacturer of certain vital equipment such as HVAC, water heaters and so on.

I think alot of it is also i need to up my skills in motivating people to do awesome work and to be extremely clear in the instructions and ensure they fully understand!

A big reason I want to get into rei is because I have carpentry background and feel my skills in carpentry could make me a lot more money in investing than working for someone else.

I will be renting out my house in Georgia and hopefully will find a good deal on a foreclosure (trying to save some money and put my minor handyman skills to use) when I get to the NCR.I am hoping to learn a lot and make some good connections with folks to enhance my abilities and knowledge on investment properties and how to utilize my continuous moving to my advantage.
