That's one of the reasons I personally own so many properties there on the same streets as my investors.  

This way its not just a one way street.

On balance I think it's roughly similar.We've lived here over 10 years on a fairly average street without any real issues, and have had a very healthy appreciation in the home value.

There is safer ways to contribute to your community for street people.. but you do it your way and best of luck if your comfortable with that. 

I have been extremely blessed with the crazy appreciation over the last few years from covid, the town cleaning up my street, and a lot of local development. 

For instance, I've bought properties in A class neighborhoods where EVERYONE wanted to live, but they were on relatively busy streets, which turned off retail buyers.

Create columns for Name, Street Address, City, State, Zip and then contact info: Last Contact, Relationship, Status, Email & Phone.IMPORTANT: do NOT ask people for THEIR business, ask for referrals!

Make it have strong street appeal and the bus needs to look sharp and fit in.

Just where do we draw the line on which laws we have to keep and which ones do we just let get sorted out on the street -- old west style?
