Were there really no clues that you would encounter this kind of behavior?

It's pretty evident that he has no clue when it comes to flooring and can't resolve the issues.  

I have no clue why the sellers even rented to him in the first place. 

And you can end up getting on the wrong side of a CLUE report ...

I am comfortable reading contracts and researching law, and I really tried to understand the formulas used by the housing authority here, and went to the mandatory seminar, and even asked questions, researched it all - and still only have a clue as to how it all works.  

I have no clue if this post will be of any value but I would like to share my experience of being an agent over the past year.

And it tells me that THE agent doesn't have a clue what they're doing regarding short sales.

What has happened on Networking sites like this as I have spoken before. 3 yrs ago Many of you would not have given a site like this a second thought now you have BANKERS, CEO's, REALTORS, SCHOOL TEACHERS, LAWYERS and a host of others that are trying to TAP into the WHOLESALE world and DO NOT HAVE A CLUE other than reading a couple of books and taking info from sites like this.

Social media is a powerful tool, but unfortunately most businesses have zero clue on how to use it to max.Now this subject can be talked about in detail from many angles, and I just don't have the time to write the book of marketing here.
