Can he ask landlord to cover hotel bills?

The development will provide in total 248 residential units, approximately 75,864 sqft (7,048 sqm) of commercial with a boutique 112 key hotel, totalling 548,787 sqft (50,984 sqm) of built-up area.

Hotels are coming more a part of new developments, too, with mix use projects.I don't have money. 

Also, short-term rentals are treated more like hotels in that they are depreciated over 39 years, not 27.5.

Now on the tenant, I have got an estimate from mold mitigation company, a go ahead from my adjuster to start repairs this Friday but the tenant is refusing to go to a hotel while repairs are being done unless its an emergency.

I do know that they banned people from NY, NJ, and CT staying at any SC hotel or STR. 

It's mostly from hotels, offices, etc.

Currently, I am living in a hotel at a cost of $75 a night AND paying storage at $250 a month, meaning my current living expenses are $2500 before higher food costs.Long story short:3/2 - $29001/1 - $2250

So worth the price of a plane ticket and hotel night.
