Hey everyone need some help possibly those with experience of their own with management software.

I will be submitting a counter and feel more confident if an extension is an option.

I don’t no what software would be best to pull lists from and find properties to get contracts on.

This is not a counteroffer because we are out of contract but I need your decision by 5pm as we’ll be submitting the earnest money refund request or can draft an amendment reinstating the original deal with tomorrow’s closing.

No roommates lineup yet, I'm in the process of submitting my offer on the property.

If anything, I would recommend getting a specific pre-approval for each specific property you are looking to submit an offer on, instead of just 1 generic pre-approval letter for general shopping. 

My business partner and I are getting our operation up and running and I have been doing a TON of research on short term property management strategies, softwares, team members, etc and one thing I would love to learn from you all is, what are you doing to track/build your systems?
