I'll probably wait a bit to sign up till I hear from more people how it is.  

The issue is not so much finding a tenant that wants the unit as it is dealing with section 8 to get it inspected, reinspected, price negotiated and lease signed.

And signs.

I have signed up for the do not call list.The calls I get may be violating it, but I do not answer unless I know who it is.Too many junk calls, list or no list.

Maybe call some local bandit signs and see if you can bird dog for someone who is already wholesaling in your area.

Or, if you use a property manager, one that you've signed with your property manager? 

You can't be required to sign an addendum partway though a lease, but if you don't sign it you'll be looking for a new place in x months.
