I think you have to request a Lead based paint screen.

I have heard some people say just use a skip tracer, some say to send letter again and write "return service requested" on the envelope and you'll receive the letter back with a forwarding address if there is one, and others have said jut throw them away.What have you all found is best to do with these?

A one day test ad flushes out people requesting details and addresses, but not following up.

We are requesting our realtor to have the seller fix these issues, but our realtor don't want to communicate these issues because seller realtor already said that inspection is for information only and not for negotiation.

From reading and some experience looks like the lender will require a package from me (buyer and seller) requesting different documents.

We were not the top bidder, but they came back to "all bidders" by email to request best and final, requiring a minimum of 10K over what we'd bid already.
