So that information is not being shared with me...my attorney said if Im buying this contract that information should be shared with me..3) when asked who is representing the seller, they said they are....my attorney is wondering if they are able to give counsel...etc...etc...I spoke to them about giving the original price for the contract, but they said they never reveal that information when they assign a contract as wholesalers...does any of this make sense or seem logical?

Having to use their title company is a bit odd too as generally, you (the buyer) have your own attorney representing your interests do the close (NJ requires attorneys close real estate transactions). 

The bank is not going to represent your best interest, the Realtor will. 

Keep in mind that sales of new homes are counted when the contracts are signed, so they represent a timelier indicator of activity than existing homes sales (which are counted at closing).

The handwritten will you have in your possession a holographic will and will have to be submitted to probate court for it's authenticity.You should consult a probate lawyer for assistance..and maybe represent you and your brother..

Obviously red flags in those terms and conditions have been well represented in multiple threads, where basically accepting the loan you consent to a UCC filing that declares they own an interest in your entire business operations and it's assets.
