Purchasing a House Directly from the Lender
Hi,
I have found a bank owned (off the market) property. The bank that owns this property is willing to finance the property as well as the repairs needed to get the property ready for renters. I do not have a real estate agent. Do I need to hire a real estate attorney to make a formal offer and loan agreement with the bank?
Thanks for any insight.
