I believe, but don't know, that a different, much more rapid eviction process applies to those renting a vacation rental, with a lease that runs under 100 days, with the renter not having established the rights of tenancy.

If you look at it over time from an ROE perspective, you will see a rapid decline in the ROE in the first few years as your reinvested equity outruns your investment gain.
