you shold start seeing rapid increase on your eqiuty build up now as your loan balance decreases, assume you havent refinanced)   as well as the tax break from depracation  and possible appreciation.   

I believe, but don't know,  that a different, much more rapid eviction process applies to those renting a vacation rental, with a lease that runs under 100 days, with the renter not having established the rights of tenancy.  

I am amazed at the amount of Grand Rapids investors on this site!!  

One company is called Rapid Reports, but again, not worth the investment unless you have over 15 properties.

The bad part is, the housing demand is very high here, which of course means prices are rising rapidly.

If you look at it over time from an ROE perspective, you will see a rapid decline in the ROE in the first few years as your reinvested equity outruns your investment gain.

I've been debating whether to start investing in Grand Rapids or in the Washtenaw county area.
