I've been debating whether to start investing in Grand Rapids or in the Washtenaw county area. I'm looking for small multi family properties, 2-4 units. I currently reside in Washtenaw County but have been considering moving back to my home town in Grand Rapids. Does anyone have any recommendations for real estate agents in the Grand Rapids area? Or have any advice for investing in Grand Rapids?

I cannot recommend @Jake Thomas highly enough as a realtor in GR. He helped me purchase my property there and I intend on continuing to work with him in the future.
