It's another 200 person MeetUp where we will have an overview from the City's economic development representative, detailed discussions on four emerging neighborhoods in Sacramento, and lot's of insightful discussions lead by three of Sacramento's largest MeetUp Organizers.

What is the daily traffic count for the intersection versus where the other stores are currently located?

I spent time in the Navy and I know that there is a lot of traffic of people in and out of the Hampton Roads area each year.

And even if this person did act illegally to the "letter of the law," it may not even be in these organizations interests to pursue something...especially if he's not a "big fish" where he would be seen as an example.

Personally I've been thinking about joining multiple community based organization, connecting with dominate figures in the local area.

I belong to a organized REIN (WCAREI - on meet-up) and also have a loose network with a couple of pals who are fellow investors.

the reason there is a organic demand for those properties.. where in cities were you see them marketed here on BP or all over the internet to get out of state investors is simply because they do not have enough local investors to buy their assets and there is no questions that all of this out of state and country investing has propped up many markets.
