Hello!

My name is Jacob and I live in Grand Junction, Colorado. I am originally from Los Angeles, and I moved to Grand Junction a little more than a year ago for work after graduating college. I have been able to gain an outsider's perspective to the real estate situation in Grand Junction, and I think that there are certain opportunities to take advantage of here. Right now, I am working in Business Administration in town and have become increasingly interested in real estate investing over the past year. My goals in real estate are to own rental property and to be able to establish a positive cash flow from these investments.
