you have to get into the habit of figuring things out, so that you can move past the "can't do's".there's alot more to this business than just knowing numbers.once you get the numbers down (2 - 6 months depending on how fast of a learner you are) - then the next step will be uping the ante...moving past just numbers to the next level.it's all about action.

I would learn as much as I can on my own, and find someone from my local reia to mentor me.Another things is that you can have all the knowledge in the world, but if you don't take action it is worthless.

Also, would I be better off hiring a firm to do this or offer someone free rent in one of the units so they are in and around the action?
