I would greatly appreciate it if anyone has any advice in learning on home repairs or is willing to train and guide me!

So the community has been having a war ongoing between the renting owners and full time residents for some time.  

These are professionals with additional training and a stricter code of ethics.

These are both good opportunities to meet other investors (brand new as well as experienced) and get some good training.

Jack this needs to stop and the only way to stop Morris from my point of view of government intervention. stop the ongoing and take care of those who need it.get with the other investors who have suffered the same issues and get together the squeaky wheel ..

Some branches initially said 'no third party deposits', but that was a training issue, not actual policy.  

If you get a gun just be sure you get the proper training, preferably a concealed carry license.  

I also debated on if I should include the holding cost of paying the mortgage while the remodel was ongoing.

This has been an ongoing conversation and the goals set are to just start reaching out and connecting with everyone I can including potential renters.
