Hello all

I am looking for the right legal help and any helpful experience to take action against a HOA in the Poconos overstepping their authority against STR owners. Any help is appreciated.

@Justin Moser unlikely the HOA overstepped their authority. Boards can change rules in the best interest of the homeowners association. You can ask the board for a new vote and get 51% to allow STR rentals otherwise you will have to go the LTR. The boards also have the ability to limit the number of LTR in a complex. Good luck.
