can't recall the name of the company but there is a well funded company doing this today in markets like Dallas  in FLA PHX etc.. and they are buying nicer homes.. ( they offered on one of my remodels in Dallas.... )  they low ball then do the rent to own or lease to own.try to find them you could just model what they are doing.been some threads on BP about them.. mainly negative

The trip definately gave me confidence and i could say that i would be comfortable investing there if i see an opportunity.Anyways, as ive been coming across lots of horror stories and negative feedbacks lately about OOS experience throughout BP forum lately, i would love to hear about investors whos had success and positive experience in Indy as well.
