Buying Multi-Family in College Park, Ga.

Hi guys,

was thinking about expanding from the Atlanta market and looking into College Park, Ga. Has anyone had any experience with multi families in this area? Positive or negative, what the water bill situations look like and permitting processes? Is it even a good buy and hold area primed for growth?
