Are any of the habits you just named a violation of your lease?

With my Bank they don't need an account number to do it, they simply state they are depositing their rent into my business account and provide the business name. 

I’m an appraiser not a Realtor, but can probably give you a couple names if nobody else jumps on.

The bank is now foreclosing on the property, with me being named in the suit.

And I'd say go with the written reference over just including his name/number with the application because most landlords won't bother calling him so they'll never hear what he has to say (I have never once had another landlord call me for a reference on a previous tenant). 

I closed on a duplex in northern Ironbound earlier this spring at a cap rate of 7.5% (incl. of prop mgmt & capex reserves) but starting to look towards other neighborhoods, namely Upper Roseville.
