The zoning allows for high density, up to 35 units per acre but the layout of the property realistically would only fit 4 town-homes.

See if your realtor can find out what the current rents are, and check how those compare with other similar properties in the area.Once I am in the property, I am mainly interested in how well maintained the units are, whether there is room for improvement (better fixtures, adding laundry, adjusting layout) so that I can increase the rent, the age of the furnaces and water heaters, and roof condition.
