Hi, I'm interested in a property available for a private sale in PA, I had a full title search done by my lawyer and basically there are a handful of small municple liens (2 actually) which I would be happy to pay off and old Credit card lien that over 5yrs and has expired.

If you have an off market deal you still need to get a lawyer to draw up the contracts, a title agency to close the property and a conditional certificate of occupancy (depending on the town).5.

Josue Castro if I am not mistaken from what I heard, worry about getting a deal first and then concern yourself with the contract....Then, my guess would be attend your local R.E.I club and see what lawyer they use or recommend and then Communicate if you can assign or double close depending the state
