@James McCarthy,I'm not sure why you haven't moved out at lease renewal, but going to court isn't as scary or expensive as you thinkGoing to court involves a few steps to standardize your presentation and argument, but really it's nothing more than paying the filing fee and going in front of a neutral person to resolve a conflict.

The assumption is that there are multiple years of tax returns and income statements to show that it's being operated profitably and with a comfortable contingency.

I found that I preferred to run my business without DPOR and the RA involved.

Unfortunately, they will not respond to the offer (offered it in person and in writing with an agreement of release)  and just keep piling on the complaints - multiple times a day :).

I once had the same issue with a rodent that died in the attic, and I called multiple pest control companies and they all told me the same thing - that all they could do was charge me to go up there and look for it in hopes of finding/removing it.

If bank financing is involved, make sure if the lender is satisfied with your choice of inspection company/method (if they deem a report necessary). 

This tells me they had multiple mortgages under their name and or businesses.
