I make these generalizations because I stay in touch with and receive all kinds of automated email/text from about 30 wholesalers daily, as well as my Facebook feed has at least 3 new off market and MLS listings daily.

You have a captivated audience of real estate professionals that may either want to move to another position or get a gig in an industry they're passionate about.I'd suggest charging a flat-fee per job post ($25-99) and then syndicate the feed to indeed.com, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn, etc - which would in-turn also drive additional traffic to the site, potentially converting job seekers into BP users / customers.More traffic.

@Michael Bertsch, @Reginald Winn, the realtor approach is a great option, we have about 4 - 5 we work with that feed us leads everyday, the only problem we have with one of the listing in your lineup will be the Homepath. com we had a contract through a realtor we work with, we didn't move on the property because of an disclosure clause that we couldn't sale the property for 3 months above the purchase price, we passed on the deal, just food for thought, have to check out the others, keep posting but most of all keep sharing
