Deeb made sense for me because they're really agent focused, provide way more resources (free docusign, color copies, tuition reimbursement after you pass your test) and commission splits that all of the other brokers I spoke with couldn't beat and no brokerage fees whatsoever.

There are likely others depending on location (in certain parts of the south, I imagine there may be a rooming house clientele for ball players in spring training).Each clientele will be different to manage; each will have their own needs and wants and some will be more management intensive than others.

I can see the added value of investing in the suburbs but at the same time (as a millennial) I am envisioning greater long-term opportunity in the city since most millennials prefer urban dwellings.I, myself, graduated a few years ago and still have some student loan debt, so I would prefer something that isn't terribly capital intensive.

And as far as the jargon, I used flash cards to really hone in on the language and memorize what was necessary for the test (as I've been through the exam before, and will be preparing to take it again soon).

memorization.. just pass the practice tests at 98 to 100%  you will pass the final no problem..

The subfloor and wall plates were saturated and rotting.Here is another picture of the end of the hall under ultraviolet light - the glowing spots are intense urine stains:There was not a laminate floor in the place that did not have cupping from animal urine and the vinyl on the lower level had been scratched through to the subfloor in several spots.
