Our company hosts a number of free classes and networking meetings for investors if you are interested in joining us check out the events on our site.

We announce it in the http://www.biggerpockets.com/forums/521-events-and-happenings forum here but it can get lost in the traffic.

Read all the articles on the main blog, listen to all the podcasts and be active in these forums and you will learn about anything you want in real estate.We have a strong group of MA locals here on BP so make sure to connect with them.Besides networking on here make sure to attend some of the many local real estate investor events we have.

Generally you need to occupy for a year, unless you show some event, out of control, or you need to move more than 50 miles for your job.

Also get out to some of the many great investor events we have around here.

I've recently started participating in Milwaukee REIA events, so I can't speak to how helpful they would be.
