@Bill Plymouth First off, I’m glad you posted this, I have a feeling it’s a topic not discussed enough on professional forums.For me personally, it is anxiety, not depression, I’m definitely not an expert in this field, but I think it’s likely they have similar remedies.It’s already been mentioned several times and I couldn’t agree more that working out hard and consistently is the most helpful.Other things that help me are going out of my way to be more social then I feel like being, talking to people will typically calm me down.Cutting down or cutting out alcohol.Staying as busy as humanly possible, even being pissed off about losing a good deal will shake the anxiety loose and get the juices flowing.

Management companies are run by human beings who in my opinion aren't paid enough to take care of your problems.

Although they have great intentions and do genuinely care about your properties, property managers are human and when you have 300+ units to manage, mistakes are inevitably and/or they're just burnt out and are trying to be more efficient with their time to keep up with the workload (especially during the summer).

I would not rule it out sometimes people need a second chance.It’s easy to pass judgment at the end of the day we are all human, yes it’s business but we can still lead with the heart.
