FTCC is honestly a very solid community college, and I know plenty of people who have attended there an give it high marks.

Many of the quads are brick, the stairwells are usually larger (helpful in getting a fridge or furniture up), and you just have a more solidly built structure to work with. 

Doesn’t sound like someone who just wants out of his lease....but you haven’t been responsive to any comments that there could actually be a sewer has issue, so it seems your mind is made up.Right or wrong it sounds like he just wants the issue fixed.

@Alexandra Bermana few things in your response to untangle.seller financing a BRRRR is tough. 

Its not the contractors responsibility to float your job with his funds ( unless this has been agreed upon ) .
