I think it’s like a JOC contract, like line item bids/contracts. but i don’t believe it needs to be after the job is completed, maybe milestones or can bill for completed work. if the company does volumes, and credible, then most likely they run the show and you play by their rules, or… just go away and cater to others. 

Comments alluding to a 50k median income equates to a bad renter speaks volumes within itself.

The real difference is -the infrastructure isn’t there to sustain the amount of filming, the sheer volume of productions- anywhere else...yet.

We typically charge 20 to 30 percent, with high volume properties on the low end of that range.

If you can not afford something like that, my suggestion would be to be very aggressive with the rates and bank on volume.

Looking to see price/sqft, average sold price and volume of solds based on zip codes.

The numbers your sending to is more important than the volume.

Creating a separate folder for those emails to flow in has worked for me as it can be a volume issue at times.

We need 4-5 to help with our volume here.If anyone has any recommendations they would be greatly appreciated!
