FOOL ME THRICE (if I quitclaim and believe another promise out of Andy's mouth) and I should quit investing and stick with a 401k as my over-trusting personality and personal inaction will lead to poor performing investments and a loss of all my money.

I'm really new to the game here, so word-of-mouth deals are no existent right now; Zillow, RT, Mibor, are sites that everyone can see; and I have read here that the county clerks office is a good place to get pre-foreclosure info...what else should you guys recommend?

Been a full time Certified Residential Appraiser since then, but recently partnered up with a couple guys and now we are wholesaling full time and I've never been happier.

There could even be more, but they don't make the news, so the only way to know is word of mouth.
