The growth is great in these areas and you can still acquire a 3/2/2 for much less and the appreciation will be good.

Great perspective, asking for health statues sounds like a challenging task.

What does everyone do in these situations to continue their growth? 

Finding an already built & running park would be a far simpler task.

It has lots of population growth and job opportunities, which is what every out-of-state investor would like to see to make them feel comfortable investing in a market.

Since I am starting out, I don't know too much just yet but luckily I was able to find a couple of friends back home who are like minded in terms of growth and we started a little group chat to share ideas.

I was curious, there is a place here that is pumping millions into their small town economy to rebuild the town, future growth and development, and to revitalize the city.  

It's pretty astounding to see the growth taking place in our market.
