From a tax perspective, unless you have an S or C corp, your LLC is a disregarded entity, therefore its taxes get passed to your personally.

My agent is also an investor himself, however I think he acts more like an agent and advises me towards closing on this deal at a good price than advising me from an investor perspective.

This one definitely seems appealing from a bird's eye perspective and it seems like you can make the numbers work when you really crunch everything together...

There are tons of perspectives here but mine will differ.

Example: if you need to add a fresh coat of paint and install new LVP flooring in a room, it would be wise to paint first and then do the flooring last, so you don’t get all that paint all over your new floors.

They should be able to give you perspective on how it will impact you.

I'm not saying that you should pursue something as a speculative gamble, but simply evaluate a realistic perspective of where the market is headed.
