The plan was never approved or implemented, which areas are which is obviously a huge political football which, if a similar plan is enacted, will be subject to contentious political fights.

He works alone, personally buys all his own parts and seems to get into a fight with everyone else except this contractor (until now).

Just amazing....not sure most of it holds up in court with a fight, but at least it is in the lease and both parties sign and agree.

Oh boy, I am so trying to fight this with my HELOC application and appeal to lender.
