Seems a little excessive??

If guests don't like my list which I do not deem excessive but rather necessary for the operation of my business, I don't need them as guest.  

I contributed up to our company match, then invested any excess funds in real estate. 

We've listed the property on Zillow and Apartments and have received several applications but denied every single one due to evictions, criminal records, not enough income, excessive debt, etc.

My education led to my W2 job which led to excess cash which led to RE investments which led to a really nice portfolio of rental properties.

Account Closed is absolutely right that you need to make sure you have an excess of liability insurance (get a $1-2M umbrella to be extra safe).

Excessive government actions led to record asset prices and inflation, and they are now playing whack-a-mole and pounding the interest rate button to course correct. 

It should be views as a superior alternative to holding your excess liquidity in dollars and as an a superior alternative to measuring long term value in dollars.That's the role of gold.

We're just thinking of the future for the kids.Again, the issue is how do you get the water from the aquifer to the surface without excessive evaporation?
