There are pressures from all sides including investors and home sellers who place unrealistic values on their homes and real estate professionals who encourage poor decisions to get listings or entice their buyers to make bad offers.Throw out the fact that experienced appraisers are leaving the business altogether and just factor in the divide created by new, inexperienced appraisers entering the market and the fact that they have no access to individuals or companies that are renovating dozens and in some cases hundreds of properties.
